Description
This dark violet-red-colored wine has a nose of fruits of the wood, dark chocolate and bacon. A nice smoky note on the palate underlies plush tannins. Blackberry, cassis, mocha, espresso and aniseed flavors melt into a long, spicy finish. Score – 93. (Mike DeSimone, Wine Enthusiast, July 1, 2023)
