From vines that produced tiny, shot berries, the 2017 Pouilly-Fuissé Les Cras opens in the glass with scents of crisp yellow apple, citrus oil, hazelnuts, almonds and mint. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping, it’s deep and concentrated, with a bright spine of acidity and a long, saline finish. Drink date: 2025-2045. Score – 94.
