Description

Generously aromatic and voluminous, as if there was a bit of skin contact but could it be the complexity of the lees entirely adding dimension to this unfiltered style of chardonnay. An a-typical but not unwelcome incarnation of this variety from Niagara-on-the-Lake with a notable vibrancy and dynamism to the palate along with palpable tension and an absence of showy oak or excessive warmth from alcohol.
