This is John Sleeman & Sons’ first single malt whisky. It is carefully crafted using traditional Scotch distilling methods and partially finished in Oloroso and PX sherry casks. Initial aromas of pear, orange, chocolate and leather are accompanied by flavours of honey and toffee with lingering spice. Enjoy neat or over ice.
