Description
This luscious dessert wine is made from hand-selected Assyrtiko 75% and Aidani 25%. The grapes are sundried, pressed and fermented naturally for almost two years, followed by a four-year maturation. Layers aromas reveal dried fig, nuts, honey and mocha. It is rich and concentrated with a crisp and balanced mouthfeel.
