Toronto-based Reid’s Distillery handcrafts gin from Ontario wheat, wild-foraged Canadian juniper and other diverse botanicals. This one shows aroma of fresh lemon, lime, grapefruit and orange peel. The palate is zesty with lemongrass and tart wild Canadian sumac on the finish. Create a G&T or serve over ice with soda water.
