This rich rum is aged for 5 years, first in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-cognac barrels. It opens with aromas of baked goods with notes of sweet pipe tobacco and roasted coffee and nuts. Toasty and fruity with notes of chocolate on the palate and good length on the finish. Sip on its own or enjoy it in cocktails.
