The oak is smart, serving to compress the sweet cherry fruit while lending an accent of savoriness. Finely wrought tannins that are still etched with wood but refined. This will find its place with patience. Cooler sourcing from the eastern zone of Ilasi, a limestone-dominant terroir that is increasingly becoming a great source for fresh reds.
