Description

Sourced from vines grown in pink limestone soils rich in clay and chalk, this wine is aged for two years in French oak. It shows bold dark fruit, black pepper, cloves, spice box, dark chocolate and vanilla, with a dash of balsamic adding character. It will pour beautifully with a meaty lasagna, mushroom ragù or mature cheeses and will drink till the end of the decade.
