Loukatos Ouzo

Description

This is a noble ouzo with a finely etched anise character. An evocative touch of mastic imparts a deft salinity to the flavour. Though it can be enjoyed straight, you can also serve this mixed with water and poured over ice in a small glass. The water will give the drink a cloudy-white appearance with a faint blue tint.
