This rare version of Yoichi Single Malt is part of the Nikka Discovery Series. Focusing on aromas selected from Nikka’s vast collection of yeast. This expression is partly made from a batch that has aromas similar to ginjyo sake, known to be fruity and floral which is balanced by the peaty, smokiness of the original Yoichi.
