Native to Santorini, where it produces wines with excellent freshness, fruit expression and saline minerality, Assyrtiko is found across Greece. Beyond Santorini, the grape maintains its vivid character but produces wines of greater intensity. This one is zesty and bright, with ripe passion fruit, citrus, and a fine mineral note. It will be versatile with food; try it with seafood or a vegetarian casserole.
