This Xinomavro is 100% estate-grown, hand harvested and matured in French and American oak barrels. Rich with aromatic complexities of red fruit with light floral notes. On the palate, it has generous tannins with good acidity and a round and flavourful mouthfeel. A perfect match for lamb and game. Can age up to 15 years.
