The 2023 vintage of this unique, popular wine comprises 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Cabernet Franc and 27% appassimento Merlot aged in both French and American oak for 18 months. Fashioned to maintain an elegant core, it’s richly flavoured and textured, with blue and red fruit, blackcurrant, red pepper jelly, clove, cocoa and spice.
