Based in Santenay, Jean-Baptiste Jessiaume comes from a long family line that’s been intimately involved in wine for over 200 years. Made from fruit grown in calcareous clay at higher altitudes, this wine was matured for 15 months in oak. Floral and precise with a persistent finish, it suggests violet, redcurrant, raspberry and blueberry.
