100% Aglianico. Monstrous wine with a ton of sweet cinnamon, clove and new French oak and a torrent of counterbalancing big ripe black cherry flavours/savoury tannins. Incredible potential and an attractive food style (rabbit please). This wine really hums, and will do so for years to come. Platinum: Best Southern Italian Red. Score – 95.
