Hakutsuru Sho-Une Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Description

The Hakutsuru brewery was founded in 1743. ‘Sho-une’ translates to ‘soaring clouds’ and is a reference to the crafter’s never-ending pursuit of perfection. This silky, gently sweet sake has touches of red fruit and orange. Though refreshing when chilled, at room temperature it reveals an impressive aromatic character and can be paired with chocolate or hard cheese.
