Dr. Bill, the whiskey’s creator, was inspired by the city of Tokyo’s contrasts and has crafted this whisky to reflect that spirit of contradiction. It is matured in Japanese Mizunara oak, bourbon, and sherry casks, revealing flavours bursting with toffee, pepper, bitter cherry and orange zest with almond and sweet oak.
