This wine was fermented warm, on the skins, in stainless steel for 14 days, and the final blend was determined by the aromatic profile and palate structure. It’s bright, expressive and long, with blackberry, cherry, cedar, spice and lifted floral tones. Easy to enjoy, balanced, and ideal for pizza or pasta with red sauce.
