This Champagne has considerable intensity, with expressive lemon, grapefruit, pear, toast and butter aromas and flavours. Mostly Pinot Noir with 20% Chardonnay, it’s poised and precise, offering the approachability that will allow you to serve it as a sipper as well as the structure and composure for pairing with grilled seafood. Drinking wonderfully now, it will evolve through to the end of the decade.
