This veritable kaleidoscope of aromas and flavours hails from Elderton’s Eden Valley, Greenock and Nuriootpa vineyards. Soaring Eden Valley black pepper and florals charm from the get-go, with red liquorice, star anise, clove, dried herbs and a lick of espresso chiming in on the palate. Lively acidity teases out the fresh-picked, palate-staining blueberry and blackberry fruit. A fine fretwork of mineral tannins embeds the flavours. Great value for money. Drinking window: 2024-2033.
