Aged in 40% new Burgundian oak barrels for 10 months, this vivid, medium-bodied Pinot Noir offers a wealth of flavours. There are bright aromas of raspberry, black olive, lilac, and lightly toasted oak, plus a fine minerality and soft tannins that melt on the lengthy finish. Drink 2023-2028.
