This wine is charming and ripe without sacrificing character or vigour. It comes from vines averaging more than 50 years of age, and it shows. It’s long and pure, with apple, melon, buttered toast and deftly displayed and integrated oak spice atop that defining minerality. A wine with the delicacy and lift for seafood and the concentration and presence for roast turkey or pork.
