Dolianova Dolia Cannonau di Sardegna 2022

Description

Sardinia is a small island off the western coast of mainland Italy, and its DOC is dedicated to the Cannonau grape (a.k.a. Grenache). The southern tip of the island, where Cantine di Dolianova is located, is nearly entirely above 500 metres elevation, making for wines of greater concentration due to a longer hang time on the vines and balancing the hot, arid conditions of the island.
