Description
This wine is sourced from old bush vines planted in sandstone and granite soils. Fermented in a mix of stainless steel and old French oak, it then saw six months on the lees. It’s bright and fresh, with subtle herbal tones atop lime, tropical fruit, gentle spice and a fine mineral note. This will drink through 2026.
