Château La Pirouette 2018

Description

The 2018 La Pirouette, a Cru Bourgeois matured in 40% new oak, has a well-defined bouquet of blackberry, tobacco and black pepper aromas that display good intensity. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grained, supple tannin. I appreciate the balance and focus of this wine, which is harmonious and silky-smooth toward the finish.
