Born are an all-female team of winemakers based in Barcelona crafting some of the Mediterranean’s most exciting rosés. Their slogan says it all: ‘We don’t make wine, we make rosé.’ Sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Penedès, this wine (sorry, this rosé) shows crunchy berry flavours, with crisp acidity and hints of bergamot on the finish.
