Description

Notes of ripe yellow pear are edged with honey and lemon zest on the attractive nose of this wine. The palate delivers what the nose promised. Pear, lemon and honey unite in a luscious fashion, with further highlights of candied lemon, bitter almond and marzipan. Although this wine is very sweet it strikes a wonderful balance with freshness. The finish is long and mouthwatering. Score – 94. (Anne Krebiehl, MW, Wine Enthusiast, Nov. 1, 2019)
