Apothic Chardonnay

Description

Most of the grapes for this Chardonnay are harvested at night in cool temperatures, preserving the fruit’s character. Expect generous notes of crisp green apple with hints of honey, caramel and vanilla. The palate is silky smooth with a bright, lively finish. It pairs well with roast chicken, salmon or creamy risotto.
