Description
A portion of this wine is aged in rum barrels, as an homage to Australia’s Rum Rebellion of 1808. Upfront aromas of fig jam, candied fruit and a hint of spice. The palate is dry, with balanced acidity and supple tannins. Flavours of fig jam and spice, with a brown sugar note on the finish. Serve with steak, ribs or burgers.
