Description
Yunjiu process originated from Shang Dynasty, became famous in Tang and Song Dynasties, and boomed in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Light yellow and clear colour, nice ‘Maotai’ flavour, natural grain taste with a slight hint of yeast. Taste is soft and smooth, well-integrated flavours, with a nice aftertaste.
