Vitis Unica Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Description

An expressive cabernet with a mixture of red and black fruit with some baking spices and grilled herbs. Lots of cherries and currants. Medium- to full-bodied on the palate, but really crunchy and drinkable with tight but chalky tannins. Impressive freshness from the acidity and the fruit. A wine you’d want to drink immediately, but it will age, too. Score – 93. (Zekun Shuai, jamessuckling.com, April 24, 2023)
