Description
This wine has been been made using a wild fermentation in a oak barrel technique. The aromas and flavours from this approach have delivered a bouquet palate of richness, texture and power without compromising on the core scents of Sauvignon Blanc – these are fresh green herbs and bell-pepper, a mix of passionfruit and mango, pink grapefruit and apple. The barrel ferment also delivers flavours of spice and fine grained tannins. A satin texture, medium+ acid line and even lengthy finish. Well made, just dry and delicious.
