Description
SiSi Sauvignon Blanc were cold macerated for 24 hours, aged 4 months on fine lees, 5% aged in barrique barrels for 6 months. It has a soft pale colour with yellow shades. Flavours of lemon, grapefruit, and green apples. It is dry, very pleasant with well-balanced acidity. Pair with seafood, asparagus, fresh goat cheese.
