The 2021er Graacher Domprobst Riesling Spätlese was fermented down to sweet levels of residual sugar. It offers a most attractive and beautifully complex nose of thyme, rosemary, cassis, white and yellow flowers, white pepper, lavender, blueberry, and herbs. The wine has huge energy and complexity on the palate and leaves a gorgeous and playful long finish. The after-taste is breathtaking with animating zest, precision, and airiness.
