This Gruner Veltliner is fermented in stainless steel tanks and rests on its lees for four months. The bouquet shows aromas of gooseberries, orange zest, fresh herbs and light minerality. The palate is full and complex with flavours of ripe pear fruit and balanced acidity. Pair with salads, white meats and creamy cheeses.
