Plantation Single Cask rums are limited releases, their double-aged rums are matured further in carefully selected casks. This release was finished for 12 months in Big Peat Islay Scotch whisky casks. Expect intense aromas of smoky molasses with cinnamon, hazelnut and pepper, peaty and spicy with berry notes on the palate.
