Description

Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of shortbread, almond cookie, lemon and orange zest, and daisies with a round, effervescent, dry medium body and a long finish conveying accents of fresh pear, dried apricot, and spring flowers. An approachable and very solid example of Canadian sparkling wine bursting with fruit flavor while maintaining a citrus forward acidity. Exceptional. Score – 92. (tastings.com, April 7, 2023)
