Corvina, Croatina and Merlot grapes are air-dried to concentrate their flavours before blending into this harmonious and opulent red. Intense aromas of licorice, coffee and vanilla complement a palate of dried fruit and spice. Well-balanced acidity and approachable tannins make this an excellent match for braised beef.
