The 2021 vintage of this Charmat-method rosé sparkler is composed of 100% Cabernet Franc. It’s bright, fresh and cheery, with wonderful aromatic lift and buoyant fruit flavours. The gentle hint of sweetness is balanced by a fine acidity. A refreshing, pleasurable wine for sipping under a sunset or with spicy seafood.
