Description

In light of the higher than usual acidity that 2021 delivered, Gassier made the choice to put some of the barrels of this wine through malolactic fermentation, which makes this vintage particularly vibrant and fresh. This wine shows white currant, orange blossom, apricot, quince, crushed stone, toasted bread, and honeyed minerality, with a fleshy, rich character that does not lose its freshness, poise or purity. Drink through 2028+.
