Description
Slightly savory with an austere, crystallized minerality. Pretty pomegranate characters and a hint of crushed raspberries. A hint of orange peel. Really focused and bright on the palate with impressive tension and minerality, as if biting into some wet stones. Very transparent and subtle. 20% whole cluster. Drink now or hold [through 2026].
