Marchesi di Barolo Barbaresco 2021

Description

From one of Piedmont’s most venerable producers, this wine is sourced from clay and limestone soils covered by quartz and fine silt. It’s aged for one year in Slavonian oak barrels and sees a further year’s development in bottle before release. An aromatic, generous Barbaresco, with cherry, earth, cloves, herbs and spice. It will delight through the mid-2030s.
