This herbal mezcal made from a blend of Espadin and Cuishe agave. The aromas are fresh with notes of cucumber, herbs, sweet smoke and citrus fruit. The palate is rich with pronounced citrus fruit flavours followed by notes of tobacco and pepper. Sip neat or over ice in cocktails, pair with shrimp ceviche and chocolate.
