Description

The nose opens with the sweet, indulgent layers of blackberries, blueberries and dark chocolate, before a riot of herbs, pepper and warm, iron-rich earth takes over. The palate is textured and substantial, even as the juicy berries pop open and flood the mouth. A rare treat to be able to have Cinzia Merli’s wine at this price point. Score – 94.
