KIN’s vineyard in the Ottawa Valley is one of the most northern viticultural endeavours in Ontario. This Charmat method sparkling is a pale lemon colour and kissed with a touch of sweetness. It has aromas of lemon zest, yellow plum, and tart green apple. Pair with Belgian waffles topped with fresh fruit, or as an aperitif.
