The 2019 Chianti Classico Riserva gives you bang for your buck. The bouquet is busy and fun with black fruit, olive, smoke and pencil shaving. There is quite a bit of oak spice and tar and it’s almost too much of a good thing. This Riserva finishes on a lean and polished note. This blend of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Canaiolo.
