The soils of the Henry of Pelham estate vineyards are all located within the Short Hills Bench appellation. The area has south-facing slopes and is one of Niagara’s warmest regions. Warm days and a diurnal shift of up to 13°C means that grapes can ripen fully while maintaining their acidity and freshness. This food-friendly Gamay has plenty of raspberry, blueberry, and pepper spice character. Savour it with grilled sausages.
