Esterházy Große Reserve Blanc de Noir Brut Nature Sparkling 2019

Description

The base wine for this refined, taut sparkler is sourced from 20-year-old vines and was fermented in stainless steel before spending three years resting on the lees. There’s good weight and structure alongside the citrus, sour cherry, bread and nuts, with a rich saline character to the pure mineral tone.
