Made from select parcels of over 200-year-old vines, this 100% Assyrtiko is fermented and aged in stainless steel on fine lees. Yellow colour with green highlights. Intense aromas of citrus fruit blossoms, lemon and minerals with round complex flavours and racy acidity on the palate; full-bodied with a lengthy finish.
